Introduction to Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS)

A step by step guide to the skills of IFS. You will begin to practice the skills of IFS from the very first week.

Alongside Stephanie's teaching, the learning environment is supported by a team of experienced IFS therapists and practitioners who will be guiding participants in the practice sessions in break out rooms.

Midweek structured time, with a 'practice buddy' from the group, will be set up to offer you a chance to practice the skills of what you have learned at each step of your learning.

The training will be supported by a
WhatsApp group for student connection, asking questions, tech support during workshops, set up of practice sessions midweek etc. (You will be sent the WhatsApp link on week one)

Upon completion of this course participants can choose to
continue
learning the skills of IFS through the "Deeper Skills in IFS" course,
for $2050. Alternatively you may sign up for both the 'IFS Intro'
and
Foundational Skills' together, for a $200 discount.
