 IFS Foundational Skills
Attunement and Skill-building in the IFS Model

(This course combines the 'Intro to IFS' course and the 'Deeper Skills in IFS' Course together for a discounted price)

A step by step guide to the skills of IFS. This series offers a highly experiential immersion into your own parts and working with clients. You will begin the practice of skills from the very first week.

Alongside Stephanie's teaching, the learning environment is supported by a team of experienced IFS therapists and practitioners who will be guiding participants in the practice sessions in break out rooms.

Midweek structured time, with a 'practice buddy' from the group, will be set up to offer you a chance to practice the skills of what you have learned at each step of your learning.

The training will be supported by a WhatsApp group for student connection, asking questions, tech support during workshops, set up of practice sessions midweek etc. (You will be sent the WhatsApp link on week one)
