About this Event:
At the end of this training you will:

Understand foundational knowledge about the IFS model, including a good understanding of Parts and Self and how healing happens within the IFS model, to bring inner harmony.

Gained an understanding of the full IFS therapeutic process including the Unburdening of Exiles

Understand how IFS is used with trauma, addictions, eating disorders etc. Participate in practical exercises for implementing the model in your own inner work or in working with clients

Learned tools for deepening into attuning with your clients

Ask as many questions as you need
Who Is this workshop appropriate for:
Therapists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers as well as those seeking to do their own inner healing work.
Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites for this workshop however each participant will be expected to work on with their own inner system during practical exercises. There are no ‘role-plays’ only ‘real-plays’.
Trainer: Stephanie Mitchell

Stephanie is Level 3 trained IFS practitioner, trainer, group therapist, and supervisor working in private practice. She specializes in working with complex trauma and has undertaken extensive training in the IFS model including 85 hours with Richard Schwartz. She is passionate about understanding the nuance of IFS and bringing that to her practice and teachings.
